About Maximum Robotics

At Maximum Robotics, we believe in the open nature of the Robotics community. We support open design hardware and open source software. We strive to work with the community to develop kits and hardware to support your robotic endeavors. We want to carry the parts that you need. If you need something that we don't carry, whether an electronic part, or a mechanical component, please feel free to let us know. We won't be able to find everything (at least in prices accessible to the average hobbyist), but we'll do what we can.

If you are an electronic engineer or designer, and you have some sort of electronic device that you would like to sell, please contact us. We have our own in-house electronics manufacturing capability, so we can manufacture and sell your design for you and share the profits. Email us at business@maximumrobotics.com for more details.

Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unless otherwise noted, all products have a 180-day satisfaction guarantee. Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). All items must be returned in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service department at cs@maximumrobotics.com for more information or to obtain a RMA.

Shipping:
We can ship via a variety of shipping methods. For most orders, we offer our standard shipping, which costs $5 for any size order within the US. Standard shipping will be via UPS or the USPS at our discretion. USPS Priority, Overnight, and international deliveryare available for an additional charge, and are calculated based on the weight of the order. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Overnight delivery is available for in-stock orders placed by 11am pacific time. We do our best, but we cannot guarantee overnight delivery. For best results, call us after placing your overnight order to confirm that we can get it out to you. Regardless of the shipping method, orders over $250 require a signature on delivery. Backordered items will be shipped upon reciept, with no additional shipping charge (backordered items will be shipped via our standard shipping).
